FREE Ground Shipping within the continental United States on all orders of $75 or more.
Shipping and Handling: For orders totaling less than $75 we offer three shipping options: UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day. Shipping amount will be calculated in real time during checkout based on weight and destination of package.
- UPS Ground: (estimated time of arrival 5-7 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day: (estimated time of arrival 2 business days)
- UPS Next Day: (estimated time of arrival 1 business day)
Orders received by 12 noon EST are processed the same business day Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Please include your Name, Daytime Telephone Number, Email, Billing Address and Shipping Address on your order. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay processing and shipping of your order.
All Delightful Lingerie packages will require a signature upon delivery. The carrier will not leave your package at the doorstep. If you would prefer not to receive your shipment via Signature Confirmation, please make note in the comments section at checkout or email us at
admin@delightfullingerie.com.
**PLEASE NOTE** We only ship orders within the continental United States, US territories and Military Mailboxes. At this time we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the United States, PO Boxes, APO's or FPO's.
Secure Shopping: Delightful Lingerie chooses PayPal for your shopping and security - no credit card information is EVER stored on our server! This is a safe, secure, and efficient way to purchase online. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your order. Once we receive payment and address verification from PayPal we'll process and ship your order immediately!
Returns:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not delighted with your purchase we are happy to refund your merchandise within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days, merchandise may only be returned for store credit. For a full refund of the purchase price, MERCHANDISE MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED, MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, AND BE IN A NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
Please note due to sanitary and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:- Intimate garments that contain a crotch (body stockings, hosiery, panties, teddies, etc).
- Sensual Products such as candles, edible items, oils, lotions, lubricants, massage oils, kits etc.
- Opened or used Bath, Beauty and Cosmetic products.
- Products that have been damaged, soiled, appear to have been worn or smells of smoke are non returnable and we reserve the right to refuse these returns.
Certain other products are also excluded from our return policy for sanitary reasons – this will be indicated within the product description for these items on our website. Take comfort in knowing that this policy assures these garments have not been worn or used by anyone else but you.
Damaged/Defective Product:
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at
admin@delightfullingerie.com within 3 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.
How To Return Merchandise:
Item(s) must be shipped back to Delightful Lingerie UNWORN with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt of order. Merchandise returned after 14 days of the purchase date will receive store credit only. Shipping and gift wrap charges are non-refundable. Any sales tax you may have been charged (NY State residents) will be credited as well. Please allow us 10 business days to receive and process your return and up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We strongly encourage you to insure your return package and send using return receipt or tracking service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Sales Tax: Tax Free for all orders shipped outside of New York State. The current sales tax rate will automatically be added to all orders shipped within New York State.
Your Order Confirmation:
When you complete an order with Delightful Lingerie, you will receive two email messages from us. The first message will confirm that we have received your order. The second will confirm that your order has been shipped.
Track Your Order Online:
Your shipping confirmation message will always include a UPS Tracking Number. To track a delivery you can click
www.UPS.com. Please note it can take at least 24 hours for your order information to appear at the tracking site.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are available on a first come first serve basis.
Your credit card will not be charged until the item arrives at our warehouse and is ready to be shipped to you. Availability times listed on pre-order items are estimates and are subject to change. You will be notified via email once your pre-ordered item arrives and is ready to ship, we will charge you for that item and ship it free of charge. This is only available for shipments within the United States.
Backorders:
Although we keep most of our merchandise in stock, we sometimes run out of a particular item quickly due to high demand. In the event that an item you ordered is backordered, the rest of your order will be shipped and we will promptly ship the item to you as soon as we receive it from our warehouse. A Customer Care Representative will notify you by email with an approximate time frame the item will be shipped to you. You will only be charged once for shipping, even if your items are sent separately.
